  • Defined and delivered Hulu's most popular feature ever: ‘Keep Watching.’ It has since been duplicated by virtually every major digital media service

  • Awarded patents for video-based recommendations and house ads

  • Personally led the agile transformation at DIRECTV and AT&T

  • Was the first industry analyst to publish research proclaiming the market opportunity for 99 cent song downloads, before the existence of Apple's iTunes Store
